What to check when choosing an urn supplier

Notebook and documents

For a professional buyer, an attractive catalogue is only the beginning. To offer a product responsibly, a team needs clear technical data, an unambiguous product status and a dependable supply process.

Specifications should belong to a SKU

Request a separate code, interior capacity, outside dimensions, material, finish, weight and closure description for each version. If sizes or colours vary, one general description is not enough. The photograph should match the version that can actually be ordered.

Separate a concept from a supply-ready product

A 3D rendering can show a direction. It does not prove that an object has been manufactured or checked. Ask whether a physical sample exists, which tests have been completed and which exact variant is approved for orders. A prototype should be identified as one.

Questions about service

  • What are the real production and delivery lead times?
  • How are shipping damage and specification mismatches handled?
  • Can care and material information be passed to the end customer?
  • Is a physical sample or clear photography of the real product available?

The URNELA partner catalogue is intended to show verified specifications for each model, with commercial prices visible only to approved partner accounts. This helps prevent promises a product is not yet ready to support.
